If you’ve ever been my client you’ve probably heard me encourage you to “let it be easy.”

For some strange reason most of us think that the harder we work the more successful we’ll be. Actually, it isn’t a strange reason at all…most of us were raised in a family/culture/community that exhorted us to “work hard” every time we turned around.

However, the law of nature is the way of least resistance. Water travels down hill, electrical currents follow the easiest path, plants will grow around a rock – they don’t try to tunnel through it. Everywhere we look in nature we see the law of least resistance. That beautiful water is not struggling to tumble down that waterfall. Read more
